Support – Celebrate – Share
In 2018, The Ageing Revolution partnered with Luke Escombe to create the Enigma Family project. Inspired by Leon ‘Grindhowl Screech’ Bozanich, together we aim to support older unknown musicians to flourish.
By supporting the creation of music, we shed light on the hidden talent in our communities and wield music as a force for good. Music brings people together, engages the disengaged and improves emotional and physical health outcomes.
By celebrating the stories of older people, we combat ageism.
By sharing the music of older people to a wider audience, we challenge stereotypes.
Our first project, ‘Leon’s Gift’, is a crowdfunding campaign to produce a CD and short film about Leon and his music.
